After 6 years of chasing the ultimate performance in Mini 650 prototype class, which was crowned by 24 hour record of 294 miles achieved by Andraž Mihelin during the 2007 edition of Transat 650 race, team turned to even greater challenge.

In beginning of 2006 we assembled team of experts from all areas of sailing with a goal of finding thin line between hi-performance one design racer and fun family daysailer that allows nautical camping for couples. We decided to keep hi-tech materials only in areas where they significaly add to fun or safety of the crew.

After 2 years of development on 3 prototypes that were tested in Adriatic and French Atlantic coast we offered Seascape 18 to the public.

With 30 boats sold in first 8 months and owner pool that ranges from top level sailors to over 60 years old couples we believe we managed to find the elusive balance of mutually exclusive categories like price, hi-tech, safety, performance and others.
